WJE Civic Center Plaza Structural Analysis <br />Structural Analysis of Civic Center Plaza of the Flag/Fountain <br />structures. She has worked on a variety of projects, including facade investigations, structural <br />evaluation and design of steel, concrete, unreinforced masonry and timber structures, historic <br />preservation, and nondestructive testing. <br />Heather Todak, PE, Associate III, Project Engineer and Non -Destructive Evaluation <br />Technician. Since joining WJE in 2016, Heather Todak has worked on numerous projects involving <br />concrete assessment and repair, structural evaluation, water intrusion investigations, historic <br />concrete inspections, and nondestructive testing. Her work has involved both existing structures and <br />preconstruction services. <br />Anticipated 5ubconsultants <br />WJE will self -perform the visual assessment at the parking garage and plazas including the non- <br />destructive evaluation. We understand that this work is motivated by <br />observed concrete damage and deficiencies as well as water infiltration into the garages. <br />Project Methodology <br />WJE's extensive experience in parking structure and plaza assessments will be leveraged in <br />achieving the objectives of this project.
