If the discovery <br />proves to be eligible for the CRHR and <br />cannot be avoided by the project, <br />additional work, such as data recovery <br />excavation, may be warranted to <br />mitigate any significant impacts to <br />historical resources. In the event that <br />an identified cultural resource is of <br />Native American origin, the qualified <br />archaeologist shall consult with the <br />June 2020 44 Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program <br />75A-65 <br />
