(4) Clerk of the council; <br />(5) Assistant city manager; <br />(6) Deputy city manager; <br />(7) Special assistant to the city manager; <br />(8) Police chief; <br />(9) Executive director of finance and management services; <br />(10) Executive director of public works; <br />(11) Executive director of parks, recreation and community services; <br />(12) Executive director of human resources; <br />(13) Executive director of community development; <br />(14) Executive director of planning and building safety; <br />(15) Executive director of information technology; and <br />(16) Executive director of library services. <br />Sec. 2-300.4.- Reserved. <br />Sec. 2-300.5. - Executive director of planning and building safety <br />All references in this Code, or in any resolution, agreement, regulation, <br />authorization or directive of the city council, the city manager or any board or <br />commission of the city, or in any document whatsoever that predates the effective date <br />of this section, to the planning director, the building director, the director of building <br />safety, and the director of planning and development service shall be deemed <br />references to executive director of planning and building safety. <br />Sec. 2-300.6. - Executive director of parks, recreation and community services. <br />All references in this code, or in any resolution, agreement, regulation, authorization <br />or directive of the city council, the city manager, or any board or commission of the City <br />of Santa Ana, or any document whatsoever, to the director of recreation and parks or to <br />the executive director of recreation, parks and community services shall be deemed <br />references to the executive director of parks, recreation and community services. <br />Sec. 2-300.7. - Executive director of human resources. <br />All references in the charter or this Code, or in any resolution, agreement, <br />regulation, authorization or directive of the city council, the city manager, or any board <br />or commission of the City of Santa Ana, or any document whatsoever, to the director of <br />personnel shall be deemed references to the executive director of human resources. <br />Ordinance No. NS-2992 <br />Page 3 of 32 <br />
