GEORGE ENRIQUEZ <br />Project Manager <br />ACKGROUND <br />George has 14 years of experience in the <br />Subsurface Utility Engineering field and is <br />AZTEC's SUE Project Manager for California. <br />His expertise is in utility designation, task oversight <br />quality submittals. This includes data collection from usury owners, project <br />planning, and support for survey and CAD departments. George routinely <br />coordinates with clients, schedules task execution, and manages multiple work orders. He has led <br />several projects working with California clients including on -call contracts with Caltrans District 7 and the <br />Eastern Municipal Water District. <br />'ELEVANT EXPERIENCE <br />Caltrans Districts 7, 11, 12 - On -Call Project Management Services Utility Locating Contracts, <br />Southern CA: George was the Project Manager for these multiple On -Call contracts. He was responsible <br />for coordinating with the client utility lead and project engineer to set up, schedule, and complete <br />various SUE functions. George was also responsible for coordinating with USA Dig Alert and having <br />roadways redlined for existing utilities. Under these contracts, 1000 potholes have been coordinated <br />and completed, allowing the project engineer to have the necessary information to include the PS&E <br />package, and assists in minimizing, eliminating, and/or relocating utility facilities. <br />Eastern Municipal Water District -As-Needed Potholing and Design Services On -Call, Riverside <br />and San Bernardino Counties, CA: George is the Project Manager for this On -Call. He is responsible <br />for overseeing the SUE services (potholing and designating). AZTEC has performed 36 potholes on two <br />task orders to expose existing utilities to determine size, material of utility, depth, and actual location. <br />In addition, AZTEC assisted in the laying out of all potholes as well as utility designating to maximize <br />efficiency of work while facilitating an operation that was completed on time and within budget. <br />Riverside County Transportation Commission - I-15 Express Lanes Design- Build, Riverside, CA: <br />George is the SUE Lead for this design build. The Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC), <br />in partnership with Caltrans, is investing approximately $455 million to improve I-15 between Cajalco <br />Road and State Route 60 (SR-60). The project will add two tolled express lanes in each direction on I-15 <br />between Cajalco Road and SR-60, a distance of approximately 15 miles. An enhanced project feature is <br />that drivers will be able to access and exit the tolled facility at multiple locations, and the project continues <br />RCTC's ongoing commitment to expand the express lanes network. George is in charge of and oversees <br />all SUE work for this project. <br />Orange County Transportation Authority - SUE Services for I-5 PS&E Segment 2 Widening <br />Project, Mission Viejo, CA: George served as the Project Manager for this project. He was responsible <br />for overseeing the SUE services. AZTEC performed 60 potholes as part of the I-5 PS&E Segment 2 <br />Widening Project. Eight of these potholes were within the SCRRA Metrolink right of way. In addition, <br />AZTEC assisted in the laying out of all potholes to maximize efficiency of work while facilitating an <br />operation that was completed on time and within budget. <br />SR91 HOV Widening Project Riverside; Riverside, CA: Project Manager. Responsible for coordinating <br />all task orders with the client, including the utility lead and project engineer, to set up, schedule, and <br />complete various subsurface utility engineering functions. Responsible for coordinating Dig Alert and <br />having the roadways white lined for existing utilities. Under this contract, over 575 potholes were to be <br />coordinated and completed, allowing the project engineer to have the necessary information to include in <br />the PS&E package, and to assist in minimizing, eliminating, and/or relocating utility facilities. <br />
