C. New Hire Onboarding <br />i. Upon hire, all Concord staff shall be adequately trained in safety awareness and <br />procedures, proper personal protection equipment ("PPE"), public interaction and <br />communications, all aspects of proper meter exchange procedures, field equipment and <br />software operation, and troubleshooting. <br />ii. Concord shall assign a Field Supervisor or an Experienced Technician to shadow new - <br />hires for a minimum of one (1) week. During this time, Concord's supervisor shall <br />provide field training and monitor all worked performed by the employee. <br />D. Probationary Period <br />i. Concluding the New Hire Onboarding, the employee will advance into a Probationary <br />Period for a minimum of two (2) weeks. During this time, the Field Supervisor or <br />Experienced Technician shall perform quality assurance site visits for ten (10) percent <br />of all meter exchanges performed by employees during the Probationary Period. <br />ii. Concord's employee will be considered to have completed the Probationary Period if <br />no Quality Assurance issues during the two -week period have been identified. <br />E. General Technician <br />i. Upon successful completion of the New Hire Onboarding and Probationary Period, an <br />installer will be considered General Technician. Concord shall perform Quality <br />Assurance site visits for a minimum of five (5) percent of meter exchanges performed <br />by General Technician employees. <br />ii. Employees with three (3) or more Quality Assurance Issues within a sixty (60) day <br />period will be placed in a Probationary Period. <br />F. Senior Technician <br />i. Senior Technicians will have at least six months of experience in water meter exchange <br />projects. <br />ii. Senior Technicians may be used to train new employees and conduct routine tailgate <br />safety review meetings. <br />G. Project Supervisor <br />i. Concord shall designate an on -site Project Supervisor to serve as the direct point of <br />contact for Aqua -Metric. <br />ii. At minimum, Concord's Project Supervisor shall: <br />a) Manage and maintain all deliverables of this ISOW. <br />b) Monitor project progress and execution. <br />c) Coordinate all work and communications with Aqua -Metric. <br />d) Maintain field technician workforce and provide ongoing training. <br />e) Supervise technicians and monitor quality of service, productivity, and <br />professionalism. <br />f) Monitor and provide routine reports on project progress, installation timeline and <br />schedules. <br />25H-38 Page31 <br />
