NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement, the procuring agency has the option to terminate their <br />agreement at any time without added fees or penalties for cancellation. <br />The Lead State may cancel the Public Safety/Wireless Priority Service portion of the Category <br />1 Scope at any time. If the Lead State chooses to cancel the Public Safety/Wireless Priority <br />Service portion of Category 1 Scope, it will provide contractors with 180 days notice. <br />No other Terms and Conditions, End User Agreements, or any other terms will be offered with the new <br />product or service unless it is included in the Master Agreement. <br />2.2 Category 2- Equipment and Accessories <br />This category includes any equipment or accessories operating over cellular carrier provided network <br />services or intended for use with cellular connected devices. <br />This Award Category is for National Award only. <br />2.2.1 Definitions <br />Accessories Any equipment, component or add -on accessory intended for use with cellular connected <br />devices. <br />Equipment Any device operating over cellular carrier provided network. Does not include servers, <br />desktops or laptop computing devices. <br />Cellular Devices Any phones or other equipment used to connect over wireless services offered by <br />cellular carriers (Category 1). <br />2.2.2 Eligible Equipment and Accessories <br />Those products eligible as equipment and accessories under this solicitation, currently includes and may <br />be expanded as technology advances: <br />• Basic Cellular Devices <br />• Smartphones - iOS, Android, Other <br />• Stand Alone, Integrated or USB Dongle Cellular Modems <br />• Wi-Fi/Cellular Routers <br />• Tablets that are cellular -network connected <br />• Other equipment with a primary purpose for communicating over the cellular carrier network, <br />currently including: <br />o Sensors <br />MA152-1 Wireless Data, Voice and Accessorie wach— Qrtt B: SOW <br />
