J. Concord will disconnect and remove old water meter from service. <br />K. Concord will restore water service and flush the water line through an external hose bib, <br />hose bib, if available at the front of the dwelling and in working order. <br />L. Install and Activate FlexNet SmartPoint <br />i. Concord will replace all meter box lids appropriately with one of the following <br />approved lids: <br />ii. Concord will affix FlexNet SmartPoint transmitter securely to pre -drilled meter box <br />lid. <br />iii. Concord will connect meter to FlexNet SmartPoint utilizing the touch coupled <br />connector from the meter. <br />iv. Concord will activate the FlexNet SmartPoint and confirm communications have been <br />established. <br />a) Capture GPS coordinates within sub -foot accuracy. <br />b) Confirm communication between the SmartPoint and the water meter. <br />c) Confirm communications between the SmartPoint and FlexNet infrastructure. <br />d) Record any communication issues within the work order. <br />M. Concord will document data in NovusCenter <br />i. Record old meter and/or radio transmitter data. <br />ii. Capture images of worksite prior to commencing installation services. <br />iii. Barcode scan new meter and/or radio transmitter. <br />iv. Capture images of: <br />a) Installation site pre- and post -installation. <br />b) Curb stop (pre- and post -installation) <br />c) Older meter serial number and final reading. <br />d) New installed meter. <br />e) SmartPoint activation screen. <br />f) Relative meter location in relation to dwelling. <br />v. Capture screen confirmation of radio communications from the activation screen. <br />vi. Document any comments isolated to installation services with images; including, but <br />not limited to recommended services, special project notes, unstable conditions, etc. <br />N. Concord will replace meter lid and remove any debris and/or retired meter from jobsite. <br />O. All water meters removed from service will be returned to Santa Ana Corporation Yard for <br />scrap disposal. <br />3.3. Return to Utility ("RTU") <br />A. In the event an account is flagged as Return to Utility ("RTU"), Concord will transfer all <br />responsibility to Santa Ana and be relieved of any responsibility of returning to the account <br />2 5 H -43 Page 36 <br />
