APPROVE SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT WITH LEXISNEXIS FOR LEGAL <br />RESEARCH SERVICES IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $58,098.60 <br />(GENERAL FUND) – City Attorney’s Office <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager to execute an <br />agreement for legal research software services in the amount of $58,098.60, <br />for a three-year term beginning January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2023, <br />subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and the <br />City Attorney (Agreement No. A-2020-XXX). <br /> <br /> <br />25B. APPROVE AGREEMENTS WITH DYNAMIC VIDEOS COMMUNICATIONS, VIDEO <br />ENGINEERING SERVICES, AND IPTV INTERNATIONAL INC. DBA TV PRO <br />GEAR FOR CITY COUNCIL MEETING VIDEO PRODUCTION AND OTHER AS- <br />NEEDED VIDEO SERVICES IN A TOTAL AGGREGATE AMOUNT NOT TO <br />EXCEED $600,000 (GENERAL FUND) – City Manager’s Office <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager to execute agreements <br />with Dynamic Videos Communications, Video Engineering Services, and IPTV <br />International Inc. DBA TV Pro Gear Inc. to provide as-needed City Council <br />meeting video production, video technical consulting, and other video <br />production services, for the period of January 1, 2021, through December 31, <br />2022, with an optional one-year extension, for an annual shared aggregate <br />amount not to exceed $200,000, for a total aggregate amount not to exceed <br />$600,000 subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager <br />and City Attorney (Agreement No. A-2020-XXX). <br /> <br /> <br />25C. AUTHORIZE A PURCHASE AGREEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $35,000 FOR <br />REAL PROPERTY ACQUISITION FOR WARNER AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS <br />PHASE 2 (PROPERTY OWNER: WARNER INDUSTRIAL, LLC) (PROJECT NO. 18- <br />6901) (NON-GENERAL FUND) – Public Works Agency <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager to execute a Purchase <br />Agreement for the partial acquisition and goodwill (if any) of the real property <br />located at 1221 E. Warner Avenue (APN 016-120-48), with owner Warner <br />Industrial, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, in the amount of <br />$35,000, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager <br />and City Attorney (Agreement No. A-2020-XXX). <br /> <br /> <br />25D.
