Monday June 21, 2021 <br />Mayor Sarmiento and Councilmembers, <br />My name is Sandra Bella Villagrana and I am Compliance Representative for the OBC <br />Department at Athens Services. The OBC department ensures every driver is providing service to <br />all of commercial customers and reporting any service issues via mobile tablets that allows our <br />Customer Service team report these quickly to resolve the issue. <br />As an employee of Athens I can tell you that since working with Athens for about 4yrs I truly <br />value the relationships that Athens have developed with our communities, our customer and us <br />as employees. Athens does a great job in participating in local events for the city that are greatly <br />appreciated by our customers. Athens is always doing that extra for us as employees in making a <br />positive, fun and safe environment and making the feel as we are all one team and one family. <br />Being that we are family owned we are treated just as that "family" which allows us to treat our <br />customer as part of this great family. <br />I also have witnessed firsthand the great quality of service we provide to our customers and <br />keeping up with new training developments so we can adhere to providing compliance and <br />customer satisfaction, keeping up with technology and online services as well. <br />During the unprecedented time of the COVID pandemic Athens has representatives working <br />remotely that has provided our customer peace of mind that the service was not interrupted <br />and act immediately to keep the customer the focus.
