• Technical Specifications shall be written using Microsoft Word. The City will provide the specification hailer plate to the Consultant- • Quantity calculations shall be provided for items that are applicable to this project, and prepare and provide cost estimates at milestone stages. • A list of contract pay items with the descriptions and estimated quantities shall be provided for inclusion in Bid Proposal and Definition ol' Bid Items of City Boiler Plate. • All plan sheets and the title sheet of the speeilicatiotrs, calculations and reports shall be signed and stamped, including license number and expiration date, by the CotSulralll'5 State of California Registered Professional Engineer in the field of Electrical Engineering responsible for the project. • Coordinate plan check with the City of Santa Ana and other agencies including but not limited to City of Santa Ana Public Works Designs and Parks Rccrcation & Community Services Division. The Consultant shall have no authority to issue instruction on behalf ol'the Cily of Santa Ana, or to depulize another to do so- • Be available as requested by the City to resolve discrepancies in the contract doi nnetrtS.
