Norman is a Certified Asbestos <br />40-Hour OSHA Safety <br />Consultant. He has completed and managed asbestos surveys, abatement specifications <br />Training <br />and abatement monitoringprojects for a wide variety of clientele on large and small <br />B-Hour OSHA Supervisor <br />projects. Many of the projects he has completed have been done on expedited <br />Training <br />schedules and in many cases under emergency response scenarios. Norman has <br />4-Hour SQAQMD Rule 1403 <br />Transportation project experience with completing Initial Site Assessments (ISAs), Phase <br />Asbestos; Rules 401, 402, <br />1 and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), asbestos surveys, and specifications in <br />403 Dust & Emissions <br />various formats. Work has been completed for Los Angeles County Metropolitan <br />UCLA Extension- Air <br />Transportation Authority (Metro) on various alignments, Orange County Transportation <br />Permitting, Regulatory <br />Authority (OCTA), San Bernardino Express (SBX) upgrades, Riverside Transit Authority's <br />Framework of Hazardous <br />Vine Street Mobility Hub and Riverside County Transportation Commission's (RCTC) <br />Materials, Hazardous <br />Mid -County Parkway. <br />Materials Management <br />Norman has provided consulting services to various public works and economic <br />Manufacturer's Certification <br />development departments within Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino <br />in the use of Niton XRF <br />Counties.
