and the entire O&M record database shall also be transferred to the City. <br />2. TYPES OF MAINTENANCE <br />There are three types of maintenance that the Contractor is required to perform <br />Proactive Maintenance, which is bi-weekly onsite inspection of CNG station systems including critical <br />flow, temperature, pressure, vibrations, fugitive leaks, and false alarms. This is necessary to minimize <br />emergency shutdowns, which are unacceptable if more than 2 times per month. <br />Scheduled Maintenance, is specific maintenance performed in conformance with manufacturer's <br />recommendations, which maybe over a specific period or frequency such as every 2 weeks. Contractor <br />shall develop a scheduled maintenance process per each manufacturer's or vendor's requirements and <br />perform this maintenance accordingly. This is necessary to eliminate emergency shutdowns and <br />catastrophic failures. <br />Emergency Maintenance, is unplanned service resulting from a system shutdown or failure causing <br />the CNG station to not be fully operational. This is an unacceptable situation and is limited to 1 times <br />per month after the third month of operation. Contractor shall provide the City's Fleet Services <br />Department a report of the emergency covering the resources required to fix the problem, length of <br />time the CNG station or compressor was shutdown, the cause, steps taken to fix the problem, and <br />steps taken to prevent it from happening again. The Contractor shall locally store and maintain an <br />adequate supply of critical spare parts, based on vendor recommendations, for use in an emergency <br />and the list must be approved by the City's Fleet Services Division, <br />3. TESTING <br />Specific testing shall be performed to conform with manufacturer's recommendations, and/or all federal, <br />state or local regulations. Contractor shall develop a testing schedule for each device requiring testing. <br />Such testing shall to be scheduled at a time that does not interfere with the normal fueling time of City <br />vehicles. <br />4. PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE REPLACEMENT <br />Pressure Relieve Valve shall be replaced and retained to be re -certified to conform with manufacturer's <br />recommendations, and/or all federal, state or local regulations. Such replacements shall to be <br />scheduled at a time that does not interfere with the normal fueling of City vehicles. <br />F�Kt1IAI=3:7��II[�7 <br />Annual calibration will be completed on all dispensers and time -fill meters. Specific calibration <br />performed shall conform with manufacturer's recommendations, and/or all federal, state or local <br />regulations. Time -fill meter calibration shall be completed at a time that does not interfere with normal <br />fueling of City vehicles. <br />6. MAINTENANCE LABOR <br />The Contractor is responsible for all operations and maintenance.
