A record of the date and to whom the information was disseminated or <br />direct contact made, in the form of a list that includes: the Customer's <br />name or account name, the type of education or outreach received; the <br />distribution date, and the method of distribution. <br />C. The number of Organic Waste Customers and Commercial Edible Food <br />Generators that received information and the type of education and <br />outreach used. <br />D. For any mass distribution through mailings or Bill inserts, the Contractor <br />shall maintain a record of the date, a copy of the information distributed, <br />and the type and number of accounts that received the information. <br />E. A copy of electronic media, including the dates posted of: social media <br />posts, e-mail communications, or other electronic messages. <br />F. Contractor shall maintain a record of all technical assistance efforts <br />conducted pursuant to Section 5.3 of the Agreement, including: <br />a. The name and address of the Customer/Generator receiving technical <br />assistance, and account number, if applicable. <br />b. The date of any technical assistance conducted and the type of <br />technical assistance, including, but not limited to: site visits, waste <br />assessments, compliance assessments, direct outreach, workshops, <br />meetings, events, and follow-up communications. <br />c. A copy of any written or electronic educational materials distributed <br />during the technical assistance process. <br />d. A copy of all special event reports submitted to the City in accordance <br />with Section 4.19 of the Agreement. <br />3. Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement Report <br />A A summary of the total number of SB 1383 non-compliance complaints <br />that were received and investigated, including copies of the <br />recommendation reports submitted to the City based on investigation of <br />those complaints, in accordance with Section 5.7.A.2and Section 8.3.3.15.0 <br />of the Agreement. <br />August 17, 2021 134 City of Santa Ana <br />
