B. The total number of route reviews conducted pursuant to Section 5.6.A.3 <br />of the Agreement. <br />C. A copy of written and/or electronic records and documentation for all <br />audits, studies, compliance reviews, and all other inspections conducted <br />pursuant to Section 5.6 of the Agreement. <br />D. The number of Commercial businesses that were included in a compliance <br />review performed by the Contractor, and the number of violations found <br />and corrected through compliance reviews, if different from the number <br />reported in subsection 4 of this Section; including a list with each <br />Customer's name or account name, address, and Customer type. <br />E. The total number of notices of violation issued, categorized by type of <br />Customer. <br />F. The number of enforcement actions that were resolved, categorized by <br />type of Customer. <br />G. Copies of all written notices or educational materials, both written or <br />electronic, issued to noncompliant Customers. <br />4. Capacity Planning Support. Any information or documentation requested by the <br />City in support of Organic Waste or Edible Food Recovery Capacity Planning <br />studies. <br />6. The total amount of Compost or Mulch procured on behalf of the City, as <br />applicable, <br />Customer Revenue and City Fee Payment Report. Provide a statement detailing <br />Gross Revenue from all operations conducted or permitted pursuant to this <br />Agreement and report of all City fees paid in accordance with Article 3 of this <br />Agreement. <br />8.
