Incompatible Material by weight. <br />b. Measurement. Contractor shall measure the actual levels of Incompatible <br />Materials in accordance with procedures described in 14 CCR Section <br />17409.5.8(b). <br />C. Exceptions. The limits in Section 8.2.F.4.a. of this Exhibit 8, shall not apply <br />to the recovered Organic Waste sent offsite from the Transfer/Processing <br />Facility or operation, if the Contractor sends the recovered Organic Waste <br />from the Transfer/Processing Facility or operation to one or more of the <br />following types of Facilities that will further Process the Organic Waste, or <br />as otherwise specified in 14 CCR Section 17409.5.7(c): <br />A Transfer/Processing Facility or operation that complies with <br />Section 8.2.F.4.a. of this Exhibit 8; <br />ii. A compostable materials handling Facility or operation that, <br />pursuant to 14 CCR Section 17867(a)(16), demonstrates that the <br />percentage of Organic Waste in the materials sent to Disposal is: <br />(A) On and after January 1, 2022, less than 20 percent (20%); and, <br />(B) On and after January 1, 2024, less than 10 percent (10%). <br />iii. An in -vessel digestion Facility or operation that, pursuant to 14 <br />CCR Section 17896.44.1, demonstrates that the percentage of <br />Organic Waste in the materials sent to Disposal is: <br />(A) On and after January 1, 2022, less than 20 percent (20%); and, <br />(B) On and after January 1, 2024, less than 10 percent (10%). <br />iv. An activity that meets the definition of a recycling center as <br />described in 14 CCR Section 17402.5(d). <br />G. C&D Material Program Standards. <br />1.
