Wednesday, September 8 2021 Patrol Solution <br />F. PROPOSED WORK PLAN <br />1. Statement of Understanding <br />Patrol Solutions has read and reviewed the Scope of Services in the RFP, and we understand the City's <br />needs and requirements. We are capable and willing to perform all of the work requested, and local team <br />has the infrastructure in place to adapt to your evolving needs. <br />2. Anticipated Approach <br />We do not anticipate any issues that would hinder us from beginning services. Typically, we prefer a <br />four -week startup period that begins when the contract is signed. However, in the past, we have been able <br />to implement services in shorter time frames when circumstances absolutely demand it. <br />3. Suggestions or Special Concerns <br />At this time, we do not have any particular special concerns to bring to the evaluation committee. <br />4. Deliverables and Implementation Plan <br />Start-up Plan <br />Our transition plan begins once we receive the awarded contract. The client immediately will begin to <br />experience a more disciplined, thorough, and systematic approach to security service. PS will: <br />• Seek to understand and operate in harmony with current work -flow. <br />• Anticipate and assess the potential impact on various departments and constituencies. <br />• Learn all rules, policies, and procedures at the site and within the operation. <br />• Implement the most effective tools, materials, and technology. <br />• Execute a systematic and smooth transition of responsibility that instills confidence. <br />Key Personnel Duties and Responsibilities: Before the transition starts, PS will identify the key <br />personnel who will be responsible for delivering services and define their duties during the transition. <br />Documentation and Communication: PS, together with the client, will establish ongoing <br />communication methods and requirements needed to operate the security program. <br />Transition Timeline <br />Task Assioned <br />Award letter issued to PS <br />Date Due <br />> 3 weeks prior to startup <br />Responsibility <br />I Gen.
