Resolution No. 2022-XXX— Adopt a resolution certifying <br />Final Recirculated Program Environmental Impact Report No. 2020-03 (SCH No. <br />2020029087), including adoption of environmental findings of fact pursuant to the <br />California Environmental Quality Act, adoption of a Statement of Overriding <br />Considerations, and adoption of a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program. <br />2. Resolution No. 2022-XXX— Adopt a resolution approving General Plan Amendment <br />No. 2020-06. <br />3. Resolution No. 2022-XXX —Adopt a resolution of findings to overrule the John <br />Wayne Airport Orange County Airport Land Use Commission's determination that the <br />Proposed General Plan Update is inconsistent with the Airport Environs Land Use <br />Plan.
