Services <br />Patrol Solutions shall provide patrol services: <br />Officers will actively patrol the property in order to provide a visible deterrent to unwanted activity. Unwanted <br />activity identified will be addressed, recorded, and reported in a timely manner. <br />Watch Command: We will provide 24/7 support. If there is an emergency, you can reach a Patrol Solutions <br />professionally trained watch commander at any time via phone. Our watch commanders assigned to this site will <br />have firsthand site knowledge enabling a more accurate response to issues or concerns. <br />Quality Control: We will also provide field support. If there is an emergency, you can reach a Patrol Solutions <br />professionally trained quality control manager at any time via phone. Our QCMs and field management will <br />respond in person in addition to making regular checks on the site. <br />Team responsibilities: <br />Felix Guerrero will be responsible for the job and overall service delivery. His role is managerial as well as <br />operational including the provision of extensive customer service training. <br />Minton Kehoe provides 24-hour watch command. With him in place, we are able to guarantee a live person with <br />site knowledge, available via phone 24/7. <br />With our team of local managers, we can promise a swift response and resolution to any concerns. <br />Quality -focused approach: <br />Our attitude toward supervision is "inspect what you expect." Leadership establishes clear expectations to field <br />officers, and disciplined inspections focus on making sure those expectations are met. Our quality assurance <br />process centers on our proactive style of management. Hands-on management, ongoing training, regular client <br />feedback, and corrective actions show our dedication to providing the most customer -focused approach <br />possible. <br />Daily Activity Reports: <br />Field officers are responsible for documenting their daily observations in formal Daily Activity Reports (DARs). <br />DARs contain detailed information about anything notable at the site, including suspicious activities, potential <br />threats, or hazards in the environment. Damaged fences, loose hand railings, leaking water pipes, or anything <br />else that requires attention are noted in the DARs. Well -written and detailed DARs build communication and <br />trust. These are also vital tools in any type of investigation and evaluation. The site manager reviews all DARs for <br />accuracy and completion. <br />
