8.2 CONTRACTOR shall cooperate with any third -party audit or inspections as <br />required by ADMINISTRATOR or other COUNTY, State or federal agency. <br />9. MEETINGS <br />CONTRACTOR shall: <br />9.1 Attend monthly meetings and occasionally conduct staff tour/site visits, as <br />requested by ADMINISTRATOR. Upon mutual agreement of CONTRACTOR <br />and ADMINISTRATOR, CONTRACTOR may attend meetings remotely. <br />CONTRACTOR shall consult with ADMINISTRATOR regarding specific cases, <br />be available to answer questions, and provide additional information as needed. <br />9.2 As requested by ADMINISTRATOR, attend meetings with COUNTY's contracted <br />service providers and community partners, including Client Intervention Meetings. <br />9.3 Participate in Performance/Outcomes evaluation meetings as requested by <br />ADMINISTRATOR. <br />9.4 Attend training(s) and/or meetings, as determined by ADMINISTRATOR, and <br />provide CONTRACTOR's staff with ongoing training and assistance to ensure that <br />contract deliverables are met. <br />10. FACILITIES <br />10.1 It is mutually understood that PARTICIPANTS will be referred to CONTRACTOR <br />at the following facility: <br />Santa Ana WORK Center <br />801 Civic Center Dr., Suite 200 <br />Santa Ana, CA 92701 <br />10.2 CONTRACTOR and ADMINISTRATOR may mutually agree in writing as to the <br />facility(ies) and location(s) where services shall be provided without changing <br />COUNTY's maximum obligation. <br />11.
