C - FIRM & TEAM EXPERIENCE <br /> Northrup Grumman Marine Systems, Sunnyvale, CA <br /> Client: Northrup Grumman Marine Systems <br /> Steve Winters — Manager— Facilities, Maintenance & Real Estate <br /> (408) 735-2613 steve.winters@nac.com <br /> Project AEI is in the process of completing a Facility Condition Assessment on this 70-acre <br /> Discussion: industrial complex in Northern, California. This property was first developed as an <br /> Iron Works in the early 20' century and played a significant role in defense <br /> production during World War II. AEI's FCA includes all 50 major buildings and <br /> 1,312,835 GSF of space as well as site improvements. In addition to the FCA, AEI <br /> is also completing a detailed California scope Accessibility Survey and we've also <br /> completing Seismic Risk Assessments with design recommendations on select <br /> historic buildings. <br /> Presentation: AEI utilized the Kykloud FCA data-gathering software as well as tablet data collection <br /> devices in developing detailed reports. A Narrative report was completed, along with <br /> a database and spreadsheet of all deficiencies which included projected maintenance <br /> activities. Key information included in the reports is each building's Facility <br /> Condition Index (FCI), Expected and Remaining Useful Lives (EULs & RULs) of <br /> e ui ment and building systems, and a 10 years capital expenditure budget. <br /> Date: October 2020 with an estimated completion date of June 2021 <br /> Ab <br /> City Council AE1 Consultants 5/3/2022 <br />
