SCOPE OF SERVICES & SCHEDULE <br />Paragon has reviewed the City's proposed scope of work and are prepared to provide the requisite services. <br />Depending on the specific property to be managed, we recommend meeting with the City to customize the final <br />scope of services to meet the exact requirements of the assignment. We believe the City will benefit by utilizing <br />our firm's professional expertise, relevant property management experience and technical knowledge. We are <br />prepared to manage all acquired properties until they are cleared and released for construction. All work will <br />conform to the City's policies and procedures, as well as federal, state and local regulations. <br />Our property managers are in continuous communication with acquisition, relocation, and title and escrow <br />personnel, to ensure a successful transition of responsibilities. In addition, when necessary and in conjunction <br />with relocation assistance personnel, our Property Manager will communicate and coordinate with those <br />displacees still in occupancy when the title transfers, as well as any tenants the City permits to occupy <br />properties.
