Furthermore, the building consists <br />of 20,235 square feet on the first floor and 3,609 square feet on the second floor, for a <br />total of 23,844 square feet. The first floor will include the lobby, main auditorium, youth <br />rooms, nursery rooms to be used during services and classes, meeting rooms, bookstore, <br />kitchen, restrooms, and storage rooms. The second floor will be dedicated to <br />administrative offices. The church will operate seven days a week; however, the worship <br />services and religious education uses will take place on weekends and during evenings. <br />Interior tenant improvements include demolition of nonbearing walls and construction of <br />new interior partitions, upgrades to the electrical wiring, new plumbing fixtures, new <br />mechanical equipment, and fire sprinklers.
