He has also prepared designs for temporary <br />construction traffic control plans during his career. David has acted as <br />community coordinator for high profile projects and has coordinated <br />presentations of the project scope, intent, and impact in front of the affected <br />stakeholders and local communities. The project was located in the residential streets in an area of <br />Glendale which required our team to develop construction documents that <br />could accommodate traffic during construction and a design that would work <br />with many existing utilities. <br />Pipeline Management Program, Ey2018-2019-Prase 1 Project, Glendale eater & Power, QA/QC <br />Manager, 218_19 <br />David served as the QA/QC Manager to provide design build services with JDC for the potable waterline <br />project within the various residential neighborhoods of Glendale, CA. The project was located in the <br />residential streets in an area of Glendale which required our team to develop construction documents <br />that could accommodate traffic during construction and a design that would work with many existing <br />utilities. The design involved the preparation of plans and specifications for approximately 12,406 linear <br />feet of 8-inch water pipeline and 480 linear feet of 12-inch water pipeline. <br />El Salvador Park Regional Infiltration Bassin, City of Santa Ana, Project Manager, 2020 <br />As Project Manager, David provided full service civil engineering design services associated with a <br />planned regional water quality basin at El Salvador Park in the City of Santa Ana.
