As part of the cost benefit analysis, several <br />YMF <br />alternatives location and solutions for the type and configurations of BMP were <br />analyzed and preliminary design was completed to determine the most optimal <br />solution for the City. After an alternative was selected project design plans for <br />the BMP installation were prepared and proprietary manufacturer detail design <br />and coordination was completed.
