Reporting <br />The Zoo desires a robust report writer as well as a set of standard typical reports that can be accessed by the staff. <br />The reporting portion of the ticketing system capabilities should include, but not be limited to, all of the following: <br />1. Ability to view all reports on screen or output as Excel Spreadsheet, HTML, or PDF files. <br />2. Provide ad hoc reporting and canned reports for standard business reporting. <br />3. Provide the availability of customized self -generated reporting or the ability to download the database and <br />utilize third -party reporting tools. <br />4. Provide staff with user -controlled "selection screens" prior to running each report. Selection screens allow <br />staff to narrow the report specification by choosing only relevant data, such as reporting just for a single <br />room/field, for a single or group of facilities, dates, and times. Report selections of this type may be made <br />either individually, or in combinations. <br />5. Allow staff to identify "Favorites" or an equivalent. In this area, staff can create their own customized list of <br />favorite task areas that is unique only to them. Upon initial login to the System, all favorites are presented to <br />the specific staff. <br />6. Generate reports to track General Ledger account information by type of ticket. <br />7. Track revenue by each membership type, broken down by individual fee charged and net revenue. <br />8. System provides the ability to monitor revenue and attendance by date, timeslot, or event. <br />9. Ability to produce daily attendance reports. <br />10. Ability to produce consolidated day end financial reports that provide consolidated totals from all functional <br />areas, e.g. grand total of all ticket sales, group reservations and membership sales. <br />11. Ability to produce the following "daily close" reports: <br />a. Cash receipt report, listing all receipts processed payment type, and totals. <br />b. Cash distribution summary, showing all payment distributions. <br />c. Account transfer report, showing funds flow among revenue accounts. <br />12. Reporting capabilities, allows printing of reports, labels and generates email lists based upon multiple <br />selection scenarios, such as zip code, gender, area, and age range. <br />13. Ability to reprint receipts and/or tickets <br />14. Ability to produce reports of all charges and payments coming due. <br />15. Ability to produce refund report, showing all refunds for a specified date range. <br />16. Produce a reservation master report, including all of the following options and data elements: <br />a. All reservations for a specific customer, school or group. <br />b. All reservations for a specific date. <br />c. Combinations of the above. <br />Technical, Documentation, Security and Audit <br />1. Solution can be either cloud -based or on -premises. If both are offered, please provide pricing for both <br />options. <br />2.
