4.3 Quantities & Cost Estimates <br />Provide a construction quantity take -off list broken down by sheet and an updated cost estimate for each <br />plan check submittal and a final engineer's estimate of the project cost. The quantity calculations will be <br />clear as to where the specific items are located, i.e., reference to station/offset or other method. Source <br />of cost information and justification of bid item unit prices will be provided. <br />4.4 Right -of -Way Engineering <br />A right-of-way requirements map will be prepared, as required, to identify any permanent or temporary <br />right-of-way needs for the project. Preliminary Title Reports will be obtained, and legal descriptions and <br />plats prepared identifying the area to be acquired.
