to the City of Santa Ana for On -Call Environmental Services <br />Cultural Resources Services <br />21-105) <br />ECORP's staff of cultural resources specialists is experienced <br />providing the full range of cultural resources services to a <br />variety of public and private clients throughout California. Our <br />staff of archaeologists and historic resources specialists is <br />fully versed in procedures to comply with the cultural <br />resources provisions of CEQA, Section 106 of the NHPA, and <br />other federal, state, and local statutes. Our project experience <br />includes conducting hundreds of records searches and <br />surveys, recording both prehistoric and historic -age <br />archaeological resources. ECORP is leading the way in the <br />implementation of the new CEQA requirement for tribal <br />ECORP's cultural resources staff has <br />provided monitoring services <br />throughout southern California <br />consultation under the recently passed Assembly Bill (AB) 52. We document historic -age <br />structures and buildings, evaluate resources for eligibility for the National Register of Historic <br />Places, the California Register of Historical Resources, and local registers, and conduct test <br />excavations to evaluate archaeological sites. ECORP's cultural resources staff conducts Native <br />American consultation for most projects. <br />Biological Resources Evaluations and Habitat Assessments <br />ECORP is well versed in the management of biological <br />resources of Orange County including the Central -Coastal <br />Natural Community Conservation Plan NCCP/HCP, Orange <br />County Southern Subregion HCP, and Orange County <br />Transportation Authority's M2 NCCP/HCP. ECORP is fully <br />staffed with biologists permitted to perform habitat assessments <br />and protocol -level surveys for state -listed and federally listed <br />wildlife species likely to be encountered in Orange County under <br />this contact. Our botanists have permits to collect vouchers for <br />several sensitive plant species, and we have certified arborists <br />in-house. Our staff has local, regional, and statewide experience <br />working within a wide variety of habitats and natural <br />Our biologists conduct aquatic and <br />terrestrial biological surveys, as <br />well as monitoring <br />communities. Our biologists are familiar with species' habitat components and life histories and <br />apply agency -approved survey methods. <br />The ECORP team has prepared a variety of environmental documents that include, but are not <br />limited to, habitat mitigation and monitoring plans, long-term monitoring plans (i.e., restoration), <br />habitat conservation plans, natural community conservation plans, feasibility studies, biological <br />technical reports, biological due diligence/ assessments, and environmental assessments. We <br />conduct jurisdictional wetland delineations and prepare reports following established agency <br />standards. These reports consistently receive concurring determinations from the agencies. <br />ECORP staff members have established professional working relationships with federal and <br />state regulatory agencies, based on technical excellence and a thorough understanding of <br />regulatory processes.
