<br />Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute agreements with
<br />David Evans and Associates, Inc., David Volz Design, Kimley-Horn and Associates,
<br />Inc., MIG, Inc., NUVIS, PlaceWorks, RJM Design Group, Inc., RRM Design Group,
<br />Studio One Eleven, and Verde Design, Inc. to provide on -call landscape architectural
<br />services, for a shared aggregate amount not to exceed $5,000,000, for a three-year
<br />term beginning May 16, 2023 and expiring May 15, 2026, with provisions for two, one-
<br />year extensions, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager
<br />and City Attorney (Agreement No. 2023-XXX).
<br />22. Approve License Agreement with Greyhound Lines, Inc.

<br />Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute a site license
<br />agreement with Greyhound Lines, Inc. for the rental of one bus bay, for a one-year
<br />period beginning June 1, 2023 and expiring May 31, 2024, with four, one-year
<br />optional renewals, at a monthly rate of $4,500, for a total amount of $54,000, subject
<br />to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney
<br />(Agreement No. 2023-XXX).
<br />23. Approve an Amendment to the Agreement with EcoNomics, Inc. to Modify the Scope
<br />of Work for Solid Waste Consultant Services, Increase the Agreement Capacity in an
<br />Amount Not to Exceed $634,345, and Exercise the One -Year Extension (Non -General
<br />Fund)

<br />amendment to the agreement with EcoNomics Inc. to expand the solid waste
<br />consulting services scope of work, increase the total compensation by $574,345, with
<br />a contingency of $60,000, for a total additional amount not to exceed $634,345, and
<br />exercise the one-year extension expiring June 30, 2024, with option to extend the term
<br />for one additional year, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City
