PHASE 5: INSTALLATION AND TESTING <br />The goals & objectives for Phase S activities are confirmed as follows: <br />In this phase we proceed with the receipt of shipping to the site; the unpacking of the shipping crates, <br />and the processes of the installation of the exhibits, graphics and the media. For the installation phase <br />the Color -Ad site team will unpack all aspects of the exhibit as fabricated and provide experienced, <br />expert site team to install the exhibits smoothly. We will continue to work closely with the EcoCenter <br />project team to discuss progress of the installation as it proceeds through structures, graphics <br />installation and media installation. It is assumed that the EcoCenter client team has expert personnel <br />who will be responsible for receipt of the exhibits, crate handling, and provide staging spaces and <br />access to the building spaces for the purposes of exhibits installation. Following is a brief overview of <br />the process of this phase. <br />On -site review of the Installation & provide report <br />We will facilitate on -site meeting to review the installation work. <br />EcoCenter Team Responsibilities <br />The following list identifies roles and input required from the client team: <br />► Confirm receipt of exhibits / Staging areas <br />► Participate in site -meetings <br />► Participate in inspections and deficiencies <br />Color -Ad <br />5.1 Unpack crates at site, install exhibits, graphics, AV hardware <br />Task: Process receipt of the exhibits at the site, unload, uncrate, check condition, facilitate install at <br />site. <br />5.2 Test all components <br />Task: Upon installation verify the correct operation of exhibits, tech connections, and media operations. <br />5.3 Walk through with Client <br />Task: Facilitate a walkthrough / review of the installed exhibits with the EcoCenter project team <br />designate. <br />5.4 Prepare punchlist <br />Task: Prepare the project deficiency list following the walkthrough / review of the installed exhibits. <br />Suggestions / Special Concerns <br />During installation it will be critical ensure the site is accessible for installation team to work without <br />delays and have access to key client point of contact.
