Client Satisfaction — Huitt-Zollars achieves client satisfaction by dedicating a concise and experience team that will deliver on schedule <br />and within budget. A key component is effective communication that begins with listening to the City's ideas, concerns, and goals. Our <br />status reports summarize discussions, provide follow up action items, and set dates for follow up items. We will create a project work <br />plan that includes that includes all critical tasks to deliver a design that meets expectations. We will integrate ourselves via meetings, <br />emails, and conversations so that we become an extension of the City's vision for the project.
