CITY OF YORBA LINDA <br />Under multiple contracts, Mark Thomas has provided services on the <br />following projects or task orders: <br />Savi Ranch Parkway & Yorba Linda Boulevard Widening: Mark <br />Thomas is preparing the PS&E for this $30M project to widen both <br />roadways to improve throughput and turn lane capacity. Work includes <br />widening of the bridge over the Santa Ana River, several new bicycle <br />facilities including Class I barrier separated and Class IV bikeways, <br />roadway widening, retaining walls, traffic signal modifications, off -site <br />improvements, regulatory permitting, utility relocations, right-of-way <br />acquisition and construction staging. Coordination includes City of <br />Anaheim, County of Orange, Caltrans and USACE. <br />Lakeview Avenue Widening Funding Application: Prepared funding <br />application and supporting documentation for the 2023 OCTA CTFP <br />Arterial Capacity Enhancement Program. Project was selected and the <br />final design phase funded. <br />Savi Ranch Parkway Widening Funding Application: Prepared funding <br />application and supporting documentation for the 2022 OCTA CTFP <br />Intersection Capacity Enhancement Program. Project was selected and <br />the final design phase funded. <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ON -CALL SERVICES <br />Mark Thomas has been providing on -call support for the County of Orange <br />for multiple on -call contracts. Within the last 2 years we have delivered <br />over 13 task orders. In addition, we've had several project specific <br />contracts. Our work includes: <br />OC Loop Segments D and O/P/Q: Under separate contracts, prepared <br />PS&E for the OC Loop Segment D and for O/P/Q, which is a 2.8 mile <br />Class I bike path running along the Coyote Creek. Work includes several <br />bridges over the UPRR and BNSF corridors. <br />Modjeska Grade Road Improvements: The proposed project addresses <br />critical pavement and drainage deficiencies along a 1.2-mile segment <br />of Modjeska Grade Road while balancing community aesthetics and <br />maintaining the rural community character. <br />Silverado Canyon Road Bridge Replacement: Providing PS&E for the <br />replacement of the Silverado Canyon Road Bridge over Ladd Creek. <br />Brea Canyon Road Widening: The project improvements include <br />widening the existing undivided two lane roadway to a four -lane divided <br />roadway, replacing the three existing bridges over the Brea Canyon <br />Channel. <br />Grant Application Assistance: Prepared concept plans and grant <br />applications forATP Cycle 4 & 5, netting the County nearly $50M for OC <br />Loop Segments O/P/Q. <br />MARK THOMAS ON -CALL ENGINEERING SERVICES <br />Page 16 City of Santa Ana <br />
