4. Engages in solicitation in or on Concorde property
<br />or involving the use of campus property unless
<br />such solicitation is approved by appropriate
<br />Concorde officials.
<br />5. Operation of any audio or video recording device
<br />without prior approval.
<br />6. Intentionally acts to impair, interfere with, or
<br />obstruct the orderly conduct, processes, and
<br />functions of Concorde.
<br />Offenses Related to Welfare Health or
<br />SaS fete
<br />An offense related to welfare, health or safety is
<br />committed when a student:
<br />1. Uses, possesses, or manufactures, without
<br />Concorde authorization, firearms, explosives,
<br />weapons, unregistered fireworks, Illegal chemical
<br />or biological agents or other dangerous articles or
<br />substances injurious to persons or property.
<br />2. Falsely reports a fire, activates emergency warning
<br />equipment, or communicates false information
<br />regarding the existence of explosives or hazardous
<br />materials on Concorde property.
<br />3, Abuses, removes, or damages fire and safety
<br />equipment or fails to vacate a building or facility
<br />when a fire alarm is activated.
<br />4. Fails to leave a building, streets, walks, driveways
<br />or other facilities of Concorde when directed to do
<br />so by an official of the campus having just cause to
<br />so order.
<br />5. Uses, possesses, distributes, sells, purchases or Is
<br />under the influence of alcohol, narcotics,
<br />hallucinogens, dangerous drugs, or controlled
<br />substances,

<br />Sexual Harassment
<br />Effective: 08/14/2020
<br />Sexual harassment includes conduct on the basis of sex
<br />that satisfies one or more of the following: (t) an
<br />employee conditioning the provision of an aid, service
<br />or benefit of Concorde on an individuals participation in
<br />unwelcome sexual conduct; (2) unwelcome conduct
<br />determined by a reasonable person to be so severe,
<br />pervasive and objectively offensive that it effectively
<br />denies a person equal access to Concordes education
<br />program or activity; and/or (3) Sexual Assault, Dating
<br />Violence, Domestic Violence, or Stalking as defined
<br />herein.
<br />• Dating Violence. Violence committed by a person
<br />who is or has been in a social relationship of a romantic
<br />or Intimate nature with the survivor/victim based on the
<br />reporting party's statements, with consideration given to
<br />the length of the relationship, type of the relationship,
<br />and the frequency of interaction between persons in
<br />the relationship. Dating Violence includes but is not
<br />limited to sexual or physical abuse or threat of such
<br />abuse but does not include acts covered as Domestic
<br />Violence (defined below).
<br />Domestic Violence, A felony or misdemeanor crime of
<br />violence committed by a: (1) current or former spouse
<br />or intimate partner of the victim; (2) person with whom
<br />the victim shares a child in common; (3) person who is
<br />cohabitating with, or has cohabitated with, the victim as
<br />a spouse or intimate partner; (4) person similarly
<br />situated to a spouse of the victim under the domestic or
<br />family violence laws of thejurisdiction in which the
<br />crime of violence occurred; or (5) any other person
<br />against an adult or youth victim who is protected from
<br />that person's acts under the domestic or family violence
<br />laws of the jurisdiction in which the crime of violence
<br />occurred.
