City Manager Evaluation and Salary Adjustment <br />August 15, 2023 <br />Page 2 <br />3 <br />6 <br />7 <br />2 <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The City Council’s adoption of the proposed resolution will cost approximately $15,430 <br />for FY 2022-23 and $13,064 for FY 2023-24, for a total estimated cost of $28,494. There <br />are sufficient funds in the City Manager’s Office’s budget (accounts 01103010-61000) to <br />cover the increased expenses. No additional appropriation is necessary, as the FY 2022- <br />23 and FY 2023-24 budgets are sufficient to absorb the cost. <br />EXHIBIT(S) <br />1.
