This policy encompasses all aspects of the employment relationship, including <br />application and initial employment, job assignment, selection for training opportunities, and <br />salary/benefits. <br />Orientation and Training <br />HB Staffing's employee training for their positions with the City is two -fold: we provide a customized <br />orientation, specific to the City job assignment; and we have specialized training in over 100 different <br />subject areas designed to improve our employee's skills, when necessary. <br />Customized Orientation <br />HB Staffing temporary employees will be provided with customized training to best prepare them to report <br />for work assignments at the City and be successful. Vetted HB Staffing temporary employees will <br />participate in a mandatory orientation customized to the City's workplace culture. <br />Specialized Skills Training <br />Our parent company, Array, is a training and technology innovator which specializes in workforce <br />skill/value enrichment. These unique technologies and training are aimed at supporting/increasing client <br />production and satisfaction through a more skilled and motivated workforce. <br />Over the next several months, we will begin rolling out our training program to all temporary employees. <br />HB Staffing temporary employees will have access to hundreds of training videos and PowerPoints aimed <br />at creating well-rounded and experienced employees. In addition, our employees will have access to <br />training throughout the whole time working with HB Staffing for any further growth. We believe that <br />training is vital because it enhances performance, boosts productivity, and reduces employee turnover. <br />We shall pay our employees for any time spent taking synchronous training and for any approved 3rd <br />party training. There is no limit to the amount of training that they're allowed to take and be compensated <br />for. These costs shall not be transferred to the City; however, the City shall benefit from our highly -trained <br />workforce. <br />c.
