Mr. Peter possesses a strong work ethic and leadership skills <br />that enable him to provide clear priorities and direction in project delivery. Using his ability to assess his staff's strengths, Mr. Peter <br />positions his team members where they can be most successful. He uses his collaborative nature to build and maintain consensus <br />among a variety of stakeholders to the benefit of project delivery. During his career, Mr. Peter has served as Project Manager, Civil <br />Engineering Task Leader, Supervising Engineer, Senior Engineer, Design Engineer, and Designer for over 200 street improvement <br />projects with design contracts ranging from $5,000 to $2.9 million. <br />Mr. Peter develops trusting partnerships with project stakeholders through open and honest communication. He will work closely <br />and collaboratively with the City's project representatives to determine optimal use of Willdan's project team. While a highly cost- <br />effective team has been assembled for this project, Mr. Peter will continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and <br />effectiveness. <br />Subconsultant Team <br />Willdan's vast staffing resources enable us to provide services with a minimum of subconsultant assistance. For this on -call <br />contract, our in-house team will be augmented with one subconsultant — Rosell Surveying & Mapping, Inc. for field surveys. Willdan <br />ensures all subconsultants provide the same caliber of performance that Willcan provides by holding our subconsultants <br />accountable to Willcan's high standards of performance, scheduling, and budgetary controls. For federal -/state -funded projects, <br />Willdan has a database of disadvantaged business enterprises that we will utilize to cull select specialty disciplines in support of the <br />City's stated project DBE goal. <br />Rosell Surveying & Mapping, Inc. <br />Rosell Surveying & Mapping, Inc. (RSM) began in 1992, as a sole proprietorship and incorporated in the State of California in 2002. <br />They hold licenses of professional registration in the states of California and Colorado.
