Project Management <br /> <br /> 1 Lead project management from <br />planning and configuration through <br />the launch of the system. <br /> Supported 3Di has developed a highly <br />effective 4 phase project <br />implementation methodology <br />(described in another section <br />below). 3Di shall be responsible <br />for managing the project and <br />guiding the community <br />development team through the <br />implementation and transition to <br />ongoing support. <br /> <br /> 2 Coordinate with staff on <br />deliverables and deadlines. <br /> Supported The project team consist of <br />Program Manager, <br />Implementation Lead, <br />Implementation support, and the <br />account executive. Our team <br />follows a proven methodology <br />that includes developing and <br />following a project plan that <br />includes deadlines, deliverables, <br />and resource allocations. <br /> <br /> B. System Implementation <br /> <br /> 1 Develop and configure the System <br />collaboratively with City of Santa <br />Ana staff utilizing a phased <br />approach. <br /> Yes 3Di will work in partnership <br />with the City of Santa Ana staff <br />to implement the 3Di Engage for <br />Housing system. 3Di will draw <br />upon the experience of having <br />implemented similar project for <br />other customer for best practices <br />while being mindful of the <br />specific needs and unique needs <br />of the City of Santa Ana. 3Di has <br />developed a phased approach, <br />described in the section below <br />for implementing such steps. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT 1
