With about <br />17 FTEs and an operating budget of around $9m, IT is organized <br />into three main divisions – Administration, Applications & Client <br />Services, and Infrastructure Services. The department is a full <br />service organization providing a centralized resource for technology <br />deployment and support throughout the City. Services provided <br />include e-mail, Internet/Intranet, business application systems and <br />support, geographic information system (GIS) support, project <br />management, voice and data network management, server and data <br />center management, cybersecurity, user support help desk, personal <br />computer, printer, and technology acquisition and support. The <br />department strives to provide customers high value and excellent <br />customer service. <br /> X Library Services Santa Ana Public Library's purpose is to respond to our community's <br />informational, educational, and personal interest needs using books, <br />materials, technology, and professional expertise. Santa Ana Public <br />Library is committed to serving the needs of Santa Ana residents first <br />and foremost. Santa Ana is one of the 100 largest cities in the United <br />States and its residents have the youngest median age of any of <br />those cities. For that reason, the Library places special emphasis on <br />services to children, youth and their families. <br />Santa Ana’s Library staff shares the cultural heritage of the <br />community and each staff member strives to provide the highest <br />level of customer service. The two Library locations are maintained <br />as safe and wholesome places for young people and their families <br />to spend out of school and leisure time. <br /> X Parks and Recreation The Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency is <br />responsible to deliver a variety of services to the community that <br />includes recreation programs, parks, libraries, and operations of the <br />Santa Ana Zoo.
