Agreement with Cannon <br />June 21, 2022 <br />Page 2 <br />Firm <br />City <br />Rank <br />Cannon <br />Irvine <br />1 <br />Butier Engineering <br />Tustin <br />2 <br />Berg & Associates Inc. <br />San Pedro <br />3 <br />Staff recommends awarding an agreement (Exhibit 2) to Cannon to provide full concept <br />design services based upon the scope of work and selection criteria outlined in RFP 21- <br />135. Their proposal demonstrated the firm has the necessary capacity and expertise to <br />complete the required services. The firm's rates are reasonable and within industry <br />standard, the team qualifications are appropriate for this project, and the proposal was <br />determined to provide the best value for the City. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with the action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds are available in the following account for the current fiscal year. As part of the <br />Citywide carry forward process, Public Works will submit a request to the Finance <br />Department for any project balance to be carried forward into Fiscal Year 2022-23.
