C - FIRM & TEAM EXPERIENCE <br />AEI has completed FCA reports more than 50 Million SF of building space. Please refer to the following <br />pages for a discussion of relevant FCA projects recently completed by AEI Consultants: <br />City of Columbia, Missouri <br />Client: <br />City of Columbia Missouri — Department of Public Works <br />Contact: <br />David Nichols — Public Works Director; (573) 874-7255, david.nichols@como.gov <br />Dan Darnell — Purchasing Manager (573) 874-7255 dan.darnell@como.gov <br />Project <br />AEI prepared FCAs in accordance with ASTM E2018-15 on a portfolio of 23 <br />Discussion: <br />buildings owned and operated by the City of Columbia. The portfolio comprised <br />an area of 423,896 SF and consist of fire stations, a police station, a police <br />training center, armory, city hall and various office buildings and a clinic. AEI is <br />also completed bar coding of all assets and is also performed a cursory Level I <br />Energy Audit to determine if the installation of Energy Conservation Measures <br />would have any measurable impact upon energy savings. Matt Wasson, Don <br />Gerardi and Michael Novick performed field inspections. Kyle Christiansen acted <br />as the Project Executive and Project Manager and performed senior level <br />technical review. <br />Presentation: <br />AEI utilized an FCA software application with similar capabilities to Kykloud as <br />well as tablet data collection devices in developing FCA reports. AEI's project <br />deliverables include narrative FCA reports, geo-coded photos, equipment & <br />condition inventories, ADA accessibility data and cost estimates for future <br />maintenance and replacements. Key information included in the reports is each <br />building's Facility Condition Index (FCI), Expected and Remaining Useful Lives <br />(EULs & RULs) of equipment and building systems, and a 10 years capital <br />expenditure budget.
