Promotional and fundraising materials beyond the renderings included in Basic Services <br />26. Assistance with grant applications including, but not limited to, CA State Library, and Southern <br />California Edison <br />27. Third party estimate reconciliation <br />28. Life cycle costs analyses. <br />29. Value Engineering, Integrated Design Workshops <br />30. Inclusion of bid alternates greater than 1% of project budget. <br />31. Increases in scope of services related to a construction budget above $17.9M. <br />32. Preparing multiple bid packages beyond those defined in Task 4. <br />33. Making revisions to drawings, designs, or other documents when such revisions are inconsistent with <br />approvals or directions previously given by the Client, made necessary by determination by the Client <br />or its other consultants, or made necessary by the Client’s failure to render decisions in a timely <br />manner. <br />34. Remobilization costs, to resume the project if the City suspends the project for longer than one month. <br />35. Design of any temporary facilities. <br />36. LEED Certification – including USGBC registration fees and Consultant costs to design unique LEED <br />credits not otherwise included in the design and services to document and obtain certifications <br />37. ARPA, or other funder, compliance documentation administrative costs. <br />38. Any other service not included in Section I. Basic Services. <br /> <br /> <br />IV. SCHEDULE OF PERFORMANCE <br /> <br />1.A Consultant shall complete all Basic Services Tasks 1 through 5, according to the following <br />preliminary durations to be refined in Basic Services Task 1 <br /> <br />Task 1 Pre-Design 2 months <br /> Surveys may be delivered by the Consultant during Task 2 <br />Task 2 Concept Design 3 months <br /> Includes preliminary meeting with HRC <br />Task 3 Design Development (50% plans) 4 months <br /> Includes preliminary meeting with HRC <br />Task 4 Construction Documents (90% and 100% plans) <br /> Preparation of 90% Permit Submittal 4 months <br /> City Building Department Review <br /> Back-check – 100% set 1 month
