Reports <br />1) Submit activity reports from the prior security shift within six hours, in the <br />method required, and on the forms required. <br />2) Include any pertinent information or backup documentation with your reports. <br />3) General: Report immediately, verbally and or in writing as soon as practically <br />possible taking safety into consideration; especially concerning issues that may <br />require immediate action to avoid potential escalation. If possible, take photos of <br />the observation or interaction and attach to email, text, pictures, and written <br />reports. <br />4) Safety, Injury, or Damage: any impending, occurring, or potential hazards, <br />incidents, or accidents that have harmed, are harming, or could likely harm <br />persons, animals, plants, property, environment, or the like. <br />5) Public Nuisances: any observations of any public nuisances. <br />6) Business Interactions: any interactions with business owners and or persons. <br />7) Work Performance Delays: anything that is or could potentially delay or prevent <br />work from being performed within the designated times and locations. <br />8) Follow up Activities: all action items from the above section, which may have <br />been verbally reported, but a written report was not possible at the time; and all <br />action items as required by City Representative. <br />H. License and Permits <br />1) Contractor and assigned personnel shall possess all licenses and permits <br />required by the following entities: federal, state, county, city, and other <br />necessary entities. <br /> <br />I. Provide Security Guards for as-needed assignments within 24 hours of notification from <br />City Representative. <br /> <br />J. Legal & Best Practice Requirements <br />1) Be self-informed, abide by, and comply with all, current and applicable, local, <br />county, state, federal or other legal requirements and best practices at all times. <br />2) Do not cause, allow to be caused, or permit the continuance of any violation of <br />any legal requirements or best management practices. <br /> <br />3) Be responsible and bear all associated costs should any work be performed in <br />contrary to any laws, ordinances, codes, rules, or regulations. <br /> <br />4) Must have a valid State of California, Bureau of Security and Investigative <br />Services, Private Patrol Operator's license for the required work. <br /> <br />5) Contractor must provide everything necessary at company expense including, <br />but not limited to all labor, supplies, tools, equipment, and the like required to <br />perform and complete the required services. <br /> <br />6) Contractor must perform and comply with all work per these specifications, <br />according to all applicable and acceptable industry standards, of the highest <br />quality commensurate with the required service. <br />EXHIBIT 1
