Security guard/supervisor/liaison that does not meet all legal requirements and all <br />requirements as specified herein, as deemed in City Representative’s sole discretion, <br />must be immediately removed from post assignment, is not permitted to be reassigned <br />to any City post, and must be replaced immediately with a security guard who meets all <br />legal requirements and all requirements as specified herein; NO EXCEPTIONS. <br /> <br />L. At City’s sole discretion, City may allow a security guard, who is removed from post <br />assignment, to be reassigned only after said security guard has been fully retrained or <br />received additional training at Contractor’s sole expense and to City’s satisfaction. <br /> <br />M. General Requirements – Company <br />1) Orientation time is billable for no more than thirty (30) minutes unless City has <br />specifically requested an earlier arrival. Late arrivals will be assessed liquidated <br />damages. <br />2) When multiple guards are required, only the security guard supervisor will be <br />paid for the orientation time. <br />3) Keep an updated and approved security guard list, which must include, but not <br />limited to: <br />4) Full Name: First, Middle, Last <br />5) Photo: Current, face <br />6) Address: Residence <br />7) Phone Numbers: Contact <br />8) Security Guard Registration: current <br />9) CA driver’s licenses: current <br />10) Experience: at least 12 months prior work experience as a registered security <br />guard <br />11) Do not place any guards at any posts unless that guard is on the approved <br />security guard list. <br />N.
