The City’s Project Manager(s) shall notify the Contractor in <br />writing of such action. The Consultant shall accomplish removal within five (5) <br />business days after written notice by the City’s Project Manager(s). The City’s Project <br />Manager(s) shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the <br />Consultant’s Project Manager or Subconsultant(s). The City is not required to provide <br />any additional information, reason or rationale in the event it requires the removal of <br />Consultant’s Project Manager or Subconsultant(s). <br /> <br />6) Brief biographies for key staff assigned to this agreement and proposed <br />subconsultants, including specific experiences in performing the work that is being <br />solicited in this RFP, assigned role(s), and commitment that personnel will be available <br />throughout the agreement. Resumes should be organized clearly and include <br />education and experience at minimum. <br /> <br />7) A description of the Proposer’s experience in providing similar services to those <br />requested in this RFP to other similar agencies. Include years of experience regarding <br />the development, coordination, and implementation of security guard services. <br /> <br />8) Describe one or more projects executed by the Proposer that makes your firm stand <br />out compared to other firms. <br /> <br />F. Proposed Work Plan <br /> <br />1) Proposal shall include a statement demonstrating the firm’s understanding of the <br />Scope of Services and how the work plan will align with the dynamic needs of <br />Downtown Santa Ana. <br /> <br />2) Anticipated approach to performing services as specified herein; <br /> <br />3) Suggestions or special concerns the evaluation committee should take into <br />consideration (if any); <br /> <br />4) Description of deliverables and implementation plan. Proposer shall submit a general <br />description of the deliverables, implementation plan, and timeline <br /> <br />G. Cost/Budget Proposal <br /> <br />1) Please use the excel spreadsheet to formulate the Budget Proposal for this RFP, see <br />Attachment G and download the electronic version from PlanetBids. <br />2) All Proposers are required to submit a fixed rate fee with their Budget Proposal. Pricing <br />instructions should be clearly defined to ensure fees proposed can be compared and <br />evaluated. Budget Proposal must include a payment schedule if applicable. City <br />reserves the right to negotiate compensation and/or payment schedule prior to award <br />of any resulting agreement. <br />3) Proposals shall be valid for a minimum of one hundred eighty (180) days following <br />Proposal deadline. The cost for developing the Proposal is the sole responsibility of <br />the Proposer. All Proposals submitted become property of the City. <br />4) Cost must include all expenses, including but not limited to travel, mileage, parking, <br />lodging, meals, incidental fees, freight/shipping and handling/delivery, and any other <br />EXHIBIT 1
