Other Insurance <br />Risk Management will review each application and determine if any additional <br />insurance will be required such as Professional Liability, Errors and <br />Omissions, Sexual Abuse or Molestation (SAM) Liability, Pollution Liability, <br />Cyber Liability, and Aviation Services Including Unmanned Aircraft's (Drones). <br />The event producer or PERMITTEE shall maintain all insurance required <br />above in full force and effect for the entire period covered by their permit. <br />Certificates of insurance shall be furnished to the City fifteen (15) business <br />days before the first event date and will require final approval by the Risk <br />Management Division. Incomplete or incorrect insurance forms may delay or <br />cancel the issuance of a permit. <br />v. Third Party Insurance <br />PERMITTEE shall require and verify that any hired vendors such as <br />food/catering trucks, portable restroom companies, traffic control companies, <br />shuttle providers, security companies working or staging equipment ma intain <br />insurance. <br />vi. Waivers <br />Event waivers must include an indemnification clause that holds the City of <br />Santa Ana and the event organizer harmless.
