Avocette will provide templates and samples so that the City does not <br />have to start from scratch <br /> The City staff are responsible for User Acceptance Testing <br /> Any the City required integration or regression testing of a new release is the responsibility of the City and will be managed via the <br />Change Management process. <br />2..5.4 Go Live and Go Live Support <br /> “Go Live” definition is that all the Clariti software and is up and running in production. Avocette consulting resources will support the City <br />after “Go Live” for a period of 33 calendar days. The final invoice will be issued at 33 days after “Go Live”. <br />2..5.5 Project Completion <br /> The project is complete once the transition to Avocette’s ServicePlus or whichever on going support the City has chosen, has been <br />completed. If applicable, the specific deliverable acceptance process and financial obligation for “transition to customer support” or <br />“project completion” will commence on the date of the transition to chosen support program.
