A prototype application based <br />on the City’s choice will be created and demonstrated for Planning, Building, Public Works and Code Enforcement records. This sets <br />the foundation for the completion of the remaining records including; Configuration of community portal pages, develop reports and <br />letters, create workflows and automations, update fee items. <br /> <br />In terms of specific deliverables, the following will be executed for this stage: <br /> <br /> Avocette Responsibilities: <br />• Provide timely and appropriate responses to City of Santa Ana’s request for information <br />• Configure the foundational components based on the business use case documents <br />• Create, support the review of, and finalize the business use case documents <br />• Create and support the prototypes <br />• Implement minor adjustments identified during validation of the configuration <br />• Resolve any blocking or high-priority defects identified during validation of the configuration <br />• Avocette will work closely with the City of Santa Ana test team to provide UAT oversight, answer questions and log and <br />resolve issues coming out of the UAT. <br />• Provide recommendation on testing strategy and best practices.
