<br /> <br /> <br /> Page 32 <br />STAGE 6 – Deploy <br />The Production date is defined as the official date in which Land Management Information System project solution moves from the <br />test environment to production for daily City of Santa Ana and other stakeholder usage. This date will be agreed to by both Avocette <br />and the City of Santa Ana at project inception. It may be altered only by Change Request agreed to by both parties. As defined in <br />Stage 5 – Readiness, the entire project team, target users and other stakeholder groups will be preparing for the Production go-live. <br /> <br />The Deploy stage will involve the following key activities: <br />• Develop go-live checklist and confirm with the City. The document will contain at a minimum: <br />o Readiness checklist <br />o A detailed list of steps performed, including go / no-go decision points, when deploying the solution to the production <br />environment. The resources responsible for completing each activity must be identified <br />o Roll-back strategy in the event the “move-to-production” fails <br />o A plan detailing the Service Provider’s commitment to software support and maintenance during the stabilization period <br />immediately following implementation <br />• Deployment support prior to moving to Production <br />• Setup of Integration points in Production <br />• Final Conversion run during cutover <br />• Clariti Solution and Land Management Information System project solution used in Production environment for City of Santa <br />Ana daily use <br />• Support for any issues that relate to the Configuration that was created by Avocette for Land Management Information <br />System project <br />• Documented solution including <br />o a separate document for each environment prior to handing the environments over to the City that: <br /> Certifies the installations are completed, verified, and fully operational <br /> Lists the components installed and the means by which they were verified <br /> Details the settings, administrative users, and parameters used during the installation <br />o instructions for migrating configurations and data from one environment to another. <br />o a document detailing the configuration settings (value lists, security settings, screen configuration, etc.) at the time the <br />system is handed over to the City. Prior to releasing the environment to City staff, the Service Provider is required to <br />execute the appropriate test cases to ensure the solution works as intended and provide a document certifying the <br />environment is ready for use.
