C. CITY RESPONSIBILITIES <br />The City will provide information in its possession relevant to the completion of the tasks <br />outlined in this RFP. In general, this includes, but is not limited to: <br />• Furnish scope of work and provide general direction as -needed to complete tasks <br />• Furnish documents, data, maps, or other information relevant to the Scope of <br />Services <br />• Provide access to stormdrain facilities <br />• Facilitate meeting space and coordination at City facilities <br />D. PREVAILING WAGES <br />These Agreements are subject to compliance, monitoring and enforcement by the State of <br />California Department of Industrial Relations. Contractors are required to inform themselves <br />fully of the conditions relating to labor under which the work will be performed. In accordance <br />with the California State Labor Code, prevailing wage rates apply per the following link: <br />http://www.dir.ca.gov/public-works/publicworks.html <br />Contractors shall provide certified payroll to the City upon invoicing. The City may not <br />process invoices for payment until receipt of certified payroll. <br />E. LICENSE REQUIREMENTS <br />The selected Contractors shall at a minimum have a valid Class A General Engineering <br />Contractors' License. The Contractors shall list and provide all required City, County, State <br />and Federal ID Numbers/Licenses/Permits related to this Contract, including but not limited <br />to: <br />• EPA Identification Number <br />• EPA Acknowledgement of Notification of Hazardous Waste Activity <br />• Hazardous Material Transportation License <br />• Hazardous Substances Removal & Remedial Actions Certification <br />• California Contractors State License with "HAZ" Designation <br />• California DMV License with "H" Designation <br />F. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS <br />ADDITIONAL WORK <br />Upon request by the City, Contractors shall submit supplemental proposals for Additional <br />Work not included in the Scope of Services of this Agreement. Contractors must obtain <br />written approval prior to commencing any Additional Work. <br />City of Santa Ana RFP 21-004 Page A1-7 <br />
