If sent by e-mail, one (1) copy of the submittal. <br /> Structure your proposal to include the Scope of Service response, Implementation Schedule, Fees / Contract <br />Price and Exhibits. <br />The proposal must be completely responsive to the RFP. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject <br />any or all proposals submitted and no representation is made hereby that any contract will be awarded pursuant <br />to this RFP or otherwise. <br />XII.
