Under an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity <br />agreement, Intratek provides technical personnel to DFW's IT Services Department. <br />These resources perform professional services as needed for the design, installation, <br />customization, configuration, implementation, maintenance, modification and <br />enhancement of new or existing hardware and software and application solutions. As <br />appropriate, they are also tasked with hardware and software upgrades; application and <br />software development and customizations; preparation of standards, system and user <br />document; and development of training courses and training materials.
